Civil Liability for Medical Damages ((A Study in Libyan Law))
Abstract
This study delves into civil liability arising from medical malpractice within the Libyan legal framework. It examines the nature of medical harm and the mechanisms for proving medical liability. Moreover, it explores the various types of damages that patients may suffer and the compensation mechanisms available. The study also addresses the primary challenges confronting the application of medical liability provisions in Libya, and proposes recommendations to enhance legislation and judiciary in this domain.
