Abstract

Digital governance for businesses is a key pillar for achieving safe and sustainable digital transformation in the contemporary business environment. This concept aims to integrate smart technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data into the decision-making system, while establishing strict legal and regulatory frameworks that ensure transparency and accountability. Digital governance contributes to protecting the rights of shareholders and stakeholders, reducing cyber and operational risks facing companies, enhancing the efficiency of administrative and financial performance, and supporting companies' ability to innovate and comply with modern legislation. Ultimately, digital governance constitutes a competitive advantage that enables companies to grow and be sustainable in an accelerating digital market.
