نظرية الظروف الطارئة وأثرها على تنفيذ العقد الإداري
Abstract
Administrative contracts aim to maintain a balance between the burdens borne by the contracting party and the benefits gained from management. If the administration adjusts the obligations of the contracting party, which leads to an increase in financial burdens, the contractor has the right to demand compensation to restore the financial balance of the contract. Judicial theories have emerged to address the imbalances and prevent harm to the contractor. These theories face various risks that may affect the party contracting with the administration.
