Abstract

Due to scientific and technological advancements, artificial intelligence systems have reached their current state, becoming essential tools that humans cannot do without in all aspects of life. This necessitates the need to clarify the nature of artificial intelligence and its legal adaptation in order to determine who is responsible for the damages it causes, paving the way for the affected parties to receive compensation.
