Attracting Arbitrators to the Journal

The Editorial Board exercises great care in selecting academic reviewers, striving to recruit them and foster collaboration. It ensures that reviewers possess integrity, competence, and excellence. This process is carried out as follows:

*   Compiling a directory listing qualified and distinguished academics across all disciplines covered by the journal.

*   Communicating with these qualified individuals to obtain their academic profiles and establishing ongoing collaboration by inviting them to academic and research events held at the university, as well as prioritizing the publication of their research and studies whenever possible and consistent with the journal’s publication policies.

*   Acknowledging and highlighting distinguished reviewers; inviting them for consultation regarding specific comments or observations received by the journal administration that fall within their areas of expertise; and commissioning them to write on specific topics or for significant occasions when deemed necessary and appropriate.

Reviewers are awarded a fee of 50 Libyan Dinars for the review of each research paper.

The implementation of the above measures is conducted in accordance with applicable regulations.
