Abstract

International election monitoring, with its legal and material tools and institutions, seeks to ensure the safety and integrity of the electoral process, and works to achieve balance and equality between candidates and political parties participating in the elections, and to prevent any preference or discrimination between national competitors participating in it, and thus aims to protect the rights of citizens to broad political participation and ensure that All voters enjoy the right to vote and freedom of expression in accordance with applicable legislation and international standards within the framework of respect for the national sovereignty of the state witnessing an electoral process.
