Morocco's Approaches to Safeguarding Developments in Human Rights Generations
الملخص
The protection of rights and freedoms is one of the fundamental interventions of states. Ensuring and strengthening this protection, as well as guaranteeing citizens' enjoyment of these rights, directly contributes to the success of various economic, social, political, cultural, and other challenges. The focus on this endeavor has shifted from merely considering and striving to protect first and second-generation rights and addressing the difficulties some countries face in implementing them, to now emphasizing the rights of the new generation, particularly those of the third and fourth generations. These new generations' rights have emerged due to several factors, including the birth of new concepts following changes in ideas and perspectives regarding human dignity, the new threats and opportunities brought about by various crises, and the challenges posed by Information communication technology advancements. Given the importance of studying these rights, particularly those related to the third and fourth generations, this paper aims to identify the key interventions and strategies of the Moroccan state in protecting human rights in this context.
